The Clinton County Department of Social Services is holding an orientation and informational meeting for prospective Foster/Adoptive and Respite Parents on September 13, 2022, from 6 to 7:30 PM. This meeting will take place at the Clinton County Department of Social Services, 13 Durkee Street in Plattsburgh. All are welcome and there is no commitment.
